Is there any way I can get permission to take photos from the top of the Citibank building in Canary wharf?

I realise that the public are no longer allowed access to the top of this building. But if anyone can get me in I would be really grateful and glad to share any pictures that I take..

Any of the upper floors would be ok as long as they overlook the river..

Contact Canary Wharf Management - they are in charge of security I believe

Just ask permission from the building administrator.
