Is there any way I can have Gmail automatically delete my spam as soon as it is received?

I like to have my spam folder empty at all times, and I don't like going in there to delete the garbage everyday.

All messages marked as Spam would be automatically deleted after 30 days, this period is a grace period which can be utilized to ensure that no legitimate messages are marked as spam.

Since identifying the spam messages is an automatic process, it may happen that an important mail you are expecting is accidental marked as spam then if your spam is deleted you may not have a chance to recover it and educate gmail that this is not a spam by clicking on the button 'Not Spam'
