Question:

Is there any way I can make myself less intense?

In the last 3 years, I think I've somehow made myself more intense.. I don't know how, maybe I just formed new habits. But now how do I make myself less intense again?

  1. Try separating your emotion from the things that you do, that way nothing will be personal, hence you Will be less concentrated.  I always find that sanding back from first impact help me to by time.


  2. Stop caring...

    Somethings that you are hard on you can start to let go of.  

    Ignore situations that are serious but don't directly affect you.

    And by all means walk away when you don't want to be bothered.

  3. Follow Al Gore's lead and you will be boring in no time lol.

  4. Learn to relax.

    Learn to come to terms with things that bother you or make you angry.

    Learn not to act on your up-breath (as in try not to react too quickly in a tense situation).

    Find a passion; something work seeking which gives you internal happiness.

    Just in general try to have fun with life, and slide through bad situations. This should decrease your intensity.

  5. You have to change your outlook in life and be more happier.  For example, if work is dragging you down, pretend that you only have 10 minutes until your off so that you are put into a different mind set.  Basically, you have to distresss about things and believe things are wonderful and believe it or not life will be more pleasant and you'll be less tense.
