Is there any way I can prevent my rooster from crowing so much?

Is there anything I can do to prevent my rooster from making so much noise? (the noise is begining to bother the neighbors). Is there anything that can prevent my rooster from crowing so much? Anything I can do? (maybe like there are electric colors that prevent dogs from barking too much). I don't want to get rid of him because I like him so much.

i don't think so ,i had lots of them,the only time they don't crow. is in the dark.

building the cage for the bird that allowed him to walk around comfortably, but with the ceiling low enough he could not stretch out to crow. This is reported to work and there is no need to cover the cage

If you like him why would you want to shock him.  Roosters crow, that is what they do.  Get a nice quiet rabbit
