Kaspersky is giving out free keys for their 2009 8.0 Beta  but I don't now if you have to have a Kaspersky license already to be able to get the free key.

No, the only way I have ever heard of is beta testing, the top beta testers often receive a free subscription in compensation for their help.

Stealing your Antivirus is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of, of all things to steal you steal the product supposed to protect you, do the right thing and you will feel better for it.
