I recently placed a online order with a indian gift site (one of many you see these days). My past experiences with such sites has been good. But this time (I have not used this site before) they charged my credit card and sent a email saying the gift was delivered. Now after 2 days, the gift still has not been delivered and they are not answering the phone they provided as well as the emails I send to them. I also created a account in their site and sent them messages - still no response.

I want to report this site and also want to retirve my money.

What should be my course of action now? Please advice.

Thanks for your help.

Sri.
