depends what you mean by unblock. if you take a line with bt they will ask you to keep line rental with them for 12 months. if service is stopped within this period there will be a cancellation charge. if the line is not active you can take up the line with another provider i.e talk talk, post office etc. although they use the bt line your contract is with the company you pay the line rental to. but check their terms and conditions, as they may also tie you in to a minimum term.
