  1. Not because you are an Asian.  If you have very good grades, a skill in music or some other field of endeavor, you have a shot at it.


  2. If you're not a US citizen, you can't get a loan from the government to attend college.  But you can get scholarships - there are many you can apply to http://www.fastweb.com and others the particular school might offer you.
