Is there any way at all of downloading PS2 games?

Maybe through downloading something onto a USB stick and putting it in the USB slot on the console?

Well, you can download games off of the internet and you can burn them on a disk but you need a mod chip in ur ps2 for them to work. the mod chip makes the system bypass the fact that its burned and plays them anyway.
