Is there any way for me to get ripped, when i am skinny aand a vegetarian in 3 months?

  1. There's no guarantee, whether vegetarian or not. Some people are just naturally very skinny and nothing seems to work for them.

    What you can TRY is to up your protein significantly, and start doing targeted weight training where you want to build. It's easy enough to find lacto-ovo vegetarian protein supplements. Even places like Walmart would have them. To really build, you should try for 100g of protein every day, or close.


  2. That depends on your age, diet and strength regime.

    Don't be discouraged, the only thing between you and the body that you want is your own lack of determination.
