  2. Yes, the person would need to file a Form I-212 (Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal).

  3. I dout it, you should talk to a lawyer.

I know two people that were deported back to Europe after living in the states for more then 30 years. they never bothered to get their citizenship and were arresseted for drug charges. They can never come back.

  4. After his ban is up (usually 5-10 years), he can APPLY for a visa.

  5. Probably.  though, I wish border patrol would take care of criminals like that.  Sneaking into other peoples' countries.  If you can't take the respect to come here legally, don't come at all!

  6. i thought you only get deported illegally. how did he get deported if he was legal ?? did he have a green card ?? maybe he wast a citizen maybe thats why cause they can still send you back if your legal but not a citzen i think my mother immgranted here from portugal so you might have to talk to immgranted services if he got deported already. aw did your boyfriend get deported i would cry iwould go with him LOL

  7. Yes, marry an American Citizen and come back a happy Bride.
