Is there any way i can attend more than one call at a time using one phone line.?

im looking to install three phones in my office but i want to use one phone number. i'm losing many of my clients because my phone is always busy. is there any way to attend more than one call at a time with ne phone line installed so i don't miss any of the calls.

  1. One line = one call. Easy as that - although with BT there is the way where you can "Be advised" that there is another call waiting which allows you to put caller one on hold whilst you deal with caller two. Check with BT for that service !


  2. Call Waiting with  Star services 3 way calling if you have only one line and one person to answer.

    Auxilliary switching for one incoming number with several `phones or a switchboard.

  4. Hi, you can have many lines as you wish on one number, it's aux working, or you can have ISDN again with as many channels (lines) as you like. However you will still only have the one mouth to answer them with.
