Is there any way i can convert youtube videos into mp3?

Actually, you can change it into mp4 format, and then there's an option in your iPod settings where you can just listen to the movie/tv show/music video and not watch it. Yeah, I do this too! At night, I fall asleep while "listening" to a good movie.

So, here's how you do it.

1. go to "Videos"

2. "Video Settings"

3. "TV Out"

Okay, "Ask" means that the iPod will ask you every time you play a movie whether or not you want to watch it or just hear it. "OFF" means that it plays the movie every time. "ON" means that it only plays the sound every time. I know that sounds mixed up. But "OFF" means it PLAYS the movie whole. "ON" means it only plays sound.

If your looking for some free software to download I would try DVDvideosoft. You can use it to directly download Youtube videos into mp3's and save them to any folder on your computer. Also it has tons of other features such as being able to convert amv, wmv and mpeg videos stored on my computer to a usable format on your Ipod. Once you download the video to mp3 video converter it allows you to also download other audio/video editing software through the DVDvideosoft manager.
