Do a 'net search for utorrent its a downloader for torrents.

Then go to mininova. Mininova is a torrent website. When you get to mininova, search for 'Supersize me'. There will be alot of choses, so Look for the ones with high red and green numbers. You want the green number higher then the red. If yuo want the movie in a particular format that isn't. avi (Tivo, DVR, format) then you will need a converter. Go to snapfiles.com and a search for an .avi converter. If you're wanting to convert them to an ipod then the format is mp4. When you download the movie if it is in the .avi format which it likly will be, but you dont want to put it on a device like an ipod then you will need a media player that will play .avi. Or, just use the converter to convert it to .wmv (window media video) then you can play it with windows media player.
