h**l no, i wouldn't even try that, i have community services coming up too, just finish it and it will be cool, you'll have a clear conscience and not have to worry about it coming back to you.

If these happen to be in connection with probation or parole the PO is very likely tho not guaranteed to check...also knows what organizations are usual and who wpuld usually sign the slip so that is a risky idea as it could cause you to become a "guest"of the state or county.

If whoever or whatever doesnt list a specific place(or places)to work then you could go to someone you know and just tell them to state that you "worked" for them for x hours.
