  1. yes there is, but you would be "stealing" it, go to a forum (i can't give you one, don't want to get in trouble), search ipod touch firmware 2.0 and follow instructions


  2. yea, just check out torrent sites, you'll find it and it works

    get a free ipod here (srsly, get a second touch for urself)
