  1. You can stay in the US for 6 months, however you are not allowed to work. So if you have independently wealthy, you should have to no problem. All you have to do is go back to Canada once ever 6 months and you will be OK.

Other than that, no you need the proper paperwork.

  2. if u want to be illegal

  3. you can do what millions of Mexicans have done and just move there.

Of course you will be an illegal alien and won't be able to work at a real job without the papers.  Your best bet is to start in a state that gives out driver's licences to anybody (NY I think does it) once you have that then you can move anywhere and at least be able to drive without any problems.

  4. Marry a Canadian.

  5. Ask on an american forum. We only know about coming in to Canada.

  6. NO.

Of course you have to APPLY to be considered for immigration to the USA.  No gurantees that you will be accepted, either.

Canadians don't get any special  breaks, and are put in the line up just like all the other applicants, from around the world . And the USA has a yearly quota for each  nation,  so when the Canadian total is reached, you have to wait until the  start of the next calender year to begin.

  7. you'll need a green card.
