Does anybody know of a physical / psychological activity i can perform before I go to sleep to control in anyway what i dream about?

  1. Yes if you read before you go to bed you will normally but not always dream about what you read. Heres the science behind it.

    The brain will always put you in positions that you wish that you could be in, or you can try relaxing. When you stress, your subconsciousness will affect your dream patterns. Also some medications can affect your dreams too. Hope that helped you and contact me if you need more help.
