Is there any way i can retrieve my share-a-load(Globe) pin?

i seriously forgot what was my pin 'cause i used it like ages ago and now that i wanted to share-a-load i can't remember what was my pin.if i register back they'll reply to me that i'm already registered.can i retrieve my pin????please help T___T

call the customer service. if i can still remember it right,it's 222 or go to your applications, check the Globe folder there.

Customer Service for Globe is 730-1212.

you will be needing to call customer service using your globe sim (free of charge) 211 and advised them that you will be needing to retrieve your Share a load pin they will be asking you for your mother's maiden name it should match the  mother's maiden name that you put on when you registered for the service

but if you keep on trying to send load with invalid pin...you will receive an email from 2916 about your share-a-load is temporary disabled and it will ask you text the your mother's maiden name

If there was a way to recover your pin, what would be the use of having a pin?  I think you have to get a new sim.  Or you could keep guessing maybe you will get it right.
