Is there any way i can save my phone book to my computer via bluetooth or any other way?? (i have a HTC touch)

i need to erase my phone's harddrive to restore it to factory defaults but i dont want to lose my phone book. is there anyway to send it/save it to my computer first?

You can set up the activesync through bluetooth or usb and it will save them to outlook Then after you reset it you can connect it and reload them .But if you don't set up the settings right it can delete all of your contacts too.The easiest and the one i used to use is a program called pimbackup. You need a memory card to use it the program is free .Install the program on the memory card find it with the file explorer program and open it .Tell it what you want to save .Then after you reset the phone find it again open it  direct it to the file it saved on the card and it will open and restore them.Sprite backup works good too but with it you need to back up the phone when you get it set like you want because it saves registry setting and all added programs .So if you were to do it now it would save and reinstall all of the problems .It is also not free.
