Is there any way i can save the rented movies i bought from iTunes?

The file is saved on your hard disk in the :-

My Doucuments/My Music/iTunes/ITunes Music/Movies folder as a DRM protected file.

the file has DRM protection on it that will not allow it to play after 28 days so the file will be saved but the encryption will stop it playing at the end of 28 days.

it may be possible to strip the DRM from the file using a 3rd party program but  there is no guarantee this will work plus its illegal to try to avoid the DRM protection.
