I don't no about a penguin but you can't own a koala

I dont believe so.  Those are exotic animals and they more or less dont allow you to keep them as pets.

Besides, unless your a professional animal trainer, I sincerely doubt you could get a feral animal like that domesticated.

I don't know if you could actually own a penguin but if you have enough money you might be able to buy a contract they have some good players on the Pittsburgh penguins

you no how you can do the adopt a highway thing and take care of it??? well u can do that with polar bearsin alaska and pay for them and visit them and stuff.....

contact your local zoo manhy of them have adoption prorgrams

I'm pretty sure you have to obtain a permit for exotic animals and meet requirements.
