Is there any way i could contact the north division of san diego superior court?

ive tried a hundred times and their operators would not pick up the fone.arrgghh its frustrating!

Good luck getting an answer as a lay person using the phone.  The only number is to call is the clerk's office- but your best is leaving a message rather then waiting for someone to pick up.  

Honestly, your best bet is to take some time and go down to the court house in vista and ask your question in person, that way they have to give you an answer.
