im an estate agent at tha moment.

havnt got "c" in gcse in English or Maths

i cant stop smokin weed, it helps me with my tic's ( stops me doin dumb habbits like blinkink and nodding)

i think you should start considering a different career.  police officer isnt for you.. or it is.. but you will not get hired anywhere.

No, you need to sort yourself out and get some qualifications - do them as evening classes.
