Is there any way possible to keep a ball python out in my garage during winter ?

I guess but I definitely wouldn't do it.

They are animals and deserve to live in a house just like any other reptile/animal, treat them as they should be deserved.

Unless your garage is like a home, completely re-finished then I wouldn't put a ball python out there, any snake or living creature for that matter.

Yeah you could I used to have a Ball Python I had 2 of them. i used to keep mine in my garage. Just go to a local pet shop and buy a heating pad. I wouldnt prefer heating rocks because theres only one spot on the heating rock thats hot and they may end up doing more damage to the snake then good.

NO!!!! they are cold blooded they will die if you keep them in there especially in OHIO!!! keep them in the room you keep them in and they will be fine

I suppose, but it's certainly not recommended.

If you have to, get an undertank heater and a night-time bulb to come on when the day bulb goes off, this way your snake will keep a day/night cycle without the cold endangering its health.

if the garage its self is heated, you may be able to do so, but if there is any sort of draft coming in the winter time, i def. would not suggest it.some garages are draftier then others, and if a cold blast of air comes through and hits the tank, (since the tank is heated) your tank will probably start cracking. i had this happen with a 55g tank, that was opposite a window one year. if you hook up your garage and make it better insulated, and keep the tank in a draft free area, you would probably be able to pull it off... just a ? why are you thinking of placing this in the garage? (i would use an undertank heater with 2 bulbs, one for day, and a night one in this situation, or an undertank heater and a ceramic heat emmiter)
