Is there any way that i can burn downloaded files from my sky media player on to a dvd?

just started using the sky anytime thingy on my pc. managed to download a program that i missed but now i would like to burn it to a dvd disc. does any of you good people out there know a way to do it. this file is in the "my library" section of the sky media player. cheers in advance.
