lose 5-10 lbs in 3 days? i really need to try to accomplish this. good/nice comments only please

  1. Yes!

    It will be water weihgt but will also be noticable.

    Go to a steam room and bring in icecubes with you. do 5 sit ups evry ten minutes for an hour. whenever you think your gonna over heat put an icecube on your tongue.

    this is tough but WILL work.

    Do it for the three days for about an hour a day.

    and only eat apples. after the three days go back to eating whatever you want but for those three day eat only apples.....limit yourself to 3 a day.


  2. Workout in a finish sauna so hard that you almost won't be able to even walk that day.

  4. i have lost that mush weight before in that amount of days. i excersised for about an hour a day and ate only fruits and vegetables. i went cold turkey. (the weight isnt really considered REAL weight, its basically "water" weight, but it worked for me.)

  5. That's not really possible, unfortunately. 3 days is too quick. You can lose a bunch of water weight in that time if you dehydrate yourself, but you won't lose 5-10 pounds of fat. Since you need to burn 3500 calories more than you eat just to lose one pound, there's not enough time. And if you starve yourself, your body will go into starvation mode and hoard the remaining fat you have, making it even harder to lose weight.
