Is there any way to actually contact a person when having a problem with yahoo classifieds?

I paid for a month-long upgraded rental ad days ago and still cannot find it when searching the rental classifieds. I have not been able to get anybody to respond to my emails. I feel they just take my money and give nothing in return and there is nothing that can be done about it. Any suggestions???
