Back in Ma i recieved an MIP (Minor in Posession of Alcohol) and my court date is tomorrow, when i appear in front of the judge. I have heard that there is a license suspension after you have been charged with an MIP. Is there any way to avoid the suspension? This took place in Montgomery County, if it makes a difference. Texas.

  1. Almost every state doing graduated licensing does this.

Your license is gone bye bye for three months - there is no appeal process.

Can't think of a better deterent!

  2. Some areas in California also do this. All you can do is place palms together and fingers upward.....and pray.
