  1. i play volleyball, and usually it depends on how hard u hit, where u hit, the angle it hit, etc.  if you just brace yourself and try different angles of hitting the ball, it can help.  also some volleyballs feel different than others.  some are thicker and less bouncy and that helps as opposed to the thin bouncy ones.

    Good luck!

  2. you just need to keep at it....your arms will be red at first but trust me, you will not even feel anything after a while

  3. well there is no way u can stop it hurting

ur prolly just begging if it hurts

if u keep bumping and practicing everyday, evetually the pain will go away cause it will be accustome to you

  4. well it depends on where it land and try to move your body in to the ball if u know wat i mean

  5. eventually it will go away,

but it takes some time to get used to it.

everyone has to go through it sometimes!

  6. Keep playing! your arms will build up a tolerance to it - the more you bump, the less you will feel it!

  7. it hurts at the begining especially if u hit it with your thumbs like i did in 5th grade... but you'll get use to it and i swear i have muscle on my arms where u pass now.

  8. it shouldn't be hurting too much if you are bumping correctly. you want to bump the ball with your forearms, when you straighten your arms, not your wrist. maybe that's why it is hurting you so much? idk. specify where your arm hurts.
