The easiest and cheapest way to change the background would be to load this picture in "Paint," which comes with all windows based computers and color the background with different color palettes.  The more expensive way would be to buy "Photoshop" and go at it.

As far as the appropriateness is concerned, it's certainly legal, but you may attract nasty comments from some random pervert.  If this does not bother you, then go ahead and use it.  You are definitely very beautiful, BTW, and I am sure you can get the same effect by posting a picture with a little more clothing on.

well as to the background i have no idea but it's okay to put it on myspace trust me there is so many WORSE things that they post

itd take awhile depending on how skilled you are, but once you get the background erased, you can do basically what ever you want to it.

oh and yes its fine to put that on myspace.
