Is there any way to confirm that a message posted to my group was a "Special Announcement" after it is posted?

Is there any way to confirm that a message posted to my group was, in fact, sent as a "Special Announcement" after it is sent?

Also, is there any way to send a "Special Announcement" message to the group *without* posting from the group's home web page on Yahoogroups?

you'll see in the logs the post that was sent by it's title. it will not specifically state Special notice. a special notice also posts to the whole group, as well as those on special notice mail settings. you all get it

it can only be sent while on the group-

The owner can send "special notices," a member can't.  You can check the message board and see if it's on there,
