Is there a way to copy a look-alike or something. The real thing would be good too. Anything.

  1. If you want the icons on your desktop in paint then just hit the print screen button and hit "paste" in paint and crop out the icons you dont want


  2. Yes here's how

    1.Press the PrntScrn key once (while looking at your desktop.)

    2.Open the Paint program.

    3. Click EDIT/PASTE

    4. Cut em out.

    If you want, change your wallpaper to none and change your default background to black or white, then capture the screen.

    However, you can also do a computer search for ICO and ICN files. These are your independent icon files


  3. If you have Vista use Snipping Toool to snip the ones you want and save them.

  4. Minimize any pages that you're on, and press print screen... on my laptop it's under the insert key in a little rectangle that says prt sc. Go into paint, and press edit, paste. then you can work with it any way that you want!
