Is there any way to correct central vision loss?

He was diagnosed with Battens Dusease has no other symptoms and a neurologist has stated that he does not have Battens. Is there any treatment out there that will correct central vision?

Typically when nerve damage occurs, recovery is random. I'm not trying to put you off but he will probably have to adjust his life style.
