Is there any way to cure a sticky analog stick on the ps3?

When im playing Cod 4 if u just move the left a tiny bit it will stick and the guy will be moving without even touching the controller

Try cleaning it up with alcohol.

blue goose is correct with the alcohol plus get your self some q-tips to clean all the button on your controller the really it is sticking all the time is from your hands and fingers being dirty all the time in from eating food while you are playing your games all the time it happens to me and my son all the time nothing to ever worry about :) ava06

yea just put some alcohol on it

it doesnt have to do with dirty fingers or eating while playing, it just ?wares? out after a while...

i never touch my controllers if i have just eaten or did some dirty work outside w/out washing my hands first and it has happened to me bfore...
