Is there any way to eliminate call diversion costs?

Hi There, I run a small business and my land line is always on divert to my mobile, my mobile and land line bill is coming out at about £450 per month.

Is there any way to eliminate diversion costs.

Without seeing the breakdown of your landline, diversion, and cell costs each, I expect most of your bill is cell charges.  Cell phones are by far the most expensive way to make phone calls. I can only suggest you find a cheaper cell package.

No way around it I am afraid, the diverted part of the call is always billed to you so it can be expensive. Alot of companies won't go for this but there is a service called changed number interceptor(BT offer it). This places a recording on your land line asking callers to dial your mobile number, this is a flat fee of £33 per quarter. The worry with that though is some callers won't bother calling mobiles and move on, it depends if you have a loyal customer base(same customers keep coming back to you) or just lots of one of sales leads which then I don't think this would be great for you..
