We are planning a big prank on a friend and we want our caller ID to look genuine on his cell phone. Is there any way to do that?

Yes, you can use a service called spoof card.  Its a calling card that can do all sorts of cool things like change your voice, record a call, and yes - fake the number you are calling from to any number you want it to be.
