Is there any way to filter out the high pinged servers in call of duty 4?

im sick of all the 1000s of high pinged servers that i cant even join on call of duty 4 ( PC ) is there any possible way to filter them out?

I'm afraid not i know it gets annoying but just ignore them and do what your doing.
