  1. If she's unspayed and with an unneutered male, she's going to be pregnant.  Wait a few weeks and you'll have baby buns....

  2. sometimes there bellys start to drup and if she start's to pull fur she ready to have them.

  3. Rabbits start to pull out their fur and gather things to make a nest when they are pregnant. They also eat more.

  4. YES! It's called palpation. You can palpate the doe at about day 12 on. You flip over the doe with the belly up. You squeeze at the pelvic area to feel little pebbles. Don't be afraid you won't hurt the doe. You must really feel around. If you don't feel anything, than no babies. If so then you have babies. Good Luck.

  5. My bunny starting pulling hair out of her chin for nesting, she starting getting more feisty and, she was eating more than normal.

  6. There is a couple ways

way 1 feel her belly around and try to feel some movement not highly recomended because you can kill the kits

way2 wait 32 days to see if she has anything

way 3 if she starts pulling on her fur and is making a nest area in a corner she will be having them in the next couple days and you need a nesting box

way 4 put her in a male rabbits cage and if shes not intrested she is most likly pregnate

if she is pregnate or u notice these things try not to move or pick her up that much because you can damage the babys and when or if she has them keep them warm

  7. Why don't you get your rabbits neutered?

Even if you find good homes for those babies, those are good homes that the shelter rabbits won't get. And what if each of those babies is allowed to have one litter? Will you take responsibility for each of them finding a good home? I can guarantee that within one or two generations a rabbit from that "just one litter" will end up dead at a shelter.

Talk to others about this problem. Many people are unaware of how many rabbits are being surrendered and euthanized at shelters-and compared to the ones who are dumped in fields, those at shelters are the lucky ones. Lucky to have a lethal overdose of sodium pentothal injected by a caring person!

What have we come to when that's the best we can offer these guys? To purchase from a breeder or pet store is to write a death warrant for a shelter rabbit. When you adopt from a shelter, you are saving TWO rabbits - the one you adopt, and the one who can come in and fill his spot.

    It's as simple as that.
