Is there any way to find out where winning lotto scratch offs are located?

Tired of buying religiously 50 dollars a month in tickets, never any more or less, I'm sick and tired of breaking even or buying 20 tickets and loosing on 18 of them. There are people who buy once in awhile and they hit the jackpot without thinking twice. I know they are cheating.

Perhaps having an insider at the lottery commission who knows where the winning tickets are located?

Sick and tired of being jipped by a tainted and fraudulent system which favors certain people and jips others.

And no, I don't have a gambling problem. I stick to a reasonable $50 a month budget and have been doing so for years.

First, if people knew the answer, they wouldnt put their knowledge on the internet for everyone.

Second, it would be difficult for an insider to give information like this because all of the winners would be related to the insider in some way.

Where there is big money, there are big people protecting the money.
