  1. If your mother reported the rape, the police would have a record.

The only other way I can think of is if police ran DNA through the databases, but I don't think they can do that legally unless there was a charge of rape (basically a committed crime).

My Mother never found out who her father is either.  I think that was hard on her as her mother knew who it was.

  2. Your mother would have to remember who it was his name and then you can get a DNA test. Just because of what happend in the past doesn't mean he's a bad person ( if he didn't rape your mother). Don't want to sound rude, but maybe your mom isn't being completely honest about what happend, you see it all the time on talk shows and whatnot.

  3. You may never know. Can your biological mother give you some names of friends at the party. Investigate....see if anyone knows. I am sorry this may be very difficult depending on how many people were there. He may not be good, He may not be bad, he may just be someone who was also stoned and young and foolish.... Does your Bio Mom have any ideas? She must have a guess or two..... Is she willing to talk about it?

  4. Unless your mother can start giving you names, and you research that, there will be no way to know, sorry.  You don't have to put a father on the birth certificate.

  5. Don't discount that he is a bad person.  Did he even know about you.  Listen people make mistakes and people change.  I would try to find out what you can.  If you have names of someone she was sleeping with at the time.  Maybe your grandparents know something.  Tell them you want to know not becuase you aren't happy with the way things are or all they have done for you but becuase you want to know.  You want to look this guy in the eyes.  Maybe they can help.

  6. i dont think it would be possible for you to find out without having some suspects as to who your father is, but in my opinion if your grand dad raised you he's your father
