The best I would know of would be to send it back to Apple, though I'm sure there are third parties that fix iPods. If the device is still under warranty, though, Apple should fix either free of charge or replace the device itself.

I don't know much about sending an iPod back to Apple, since I haven't had to do it yet, but I know they have information on their site: http://www.apple.com/
