Is there any way to get email back they can do it for a murder case so why not for a court case.?

i need it back to clear my name in a court case cleared it a day ago and i need it back to clear my name.

  1. deleting an email does not make it disappear.  It can indeed be recovered unless the hard drive is completely wiped clean.  If you can't do it yourself, contact your local computer experts and pay them to retrieve it.


  2. I think what you're thinking of is those cases where a court order has been obtained to seize the relevant computers for examination.  You'd need a pretty good case to obtain one.

  3.    If the information is in a computer it can be retrieved. You just have to find someone that knows how to do it. Computers are only as smart as the information that is entered into it.

  4. if you mean, can you "unsend" and email, then absolutely not.

    i am an expert on email protocols, and that is not part of it at all.

    you might want to google "forensic data recovery" and related terms...
