  1. I believe you'd have to use a video downloader program that can extract the source video file, then you'd have to format it to work with iPod and iTunes. MP4 used to be the preferred format for the iPod Video G5, I don't know if other formats will work now with the touch.

    You would probably need FireFox with a video extractor add-on, or maybe something from Download.com.
