Nope, there's no way to regenerate the tooth or anything. A filling will stop the decay. (there are while fillings that blend it with your teeth nowadays, too, so you can't even tell)

thre's absolutely no way. you can pull the teeth out....if you dont ever want to have cavities no matter if you dont brush your teeth is to eat a completely raw vegetarian diet, so you know. naturally you can use a smashed up whole clove in the cavity to stop it from hurting till you see the dentist or pull your tooth out.

THERE IS NO WAY TO GET RID OF CAVITIES, BUT U CAN PUT A STOP TO GETTING THEM BY BRUSHING REGULARY AND FLOSSING EVERYDAY, ALSO RINSING WITH ACT MOUTHWASH HELPS PREVENT CAVITIES....................

Unfortunately not. If you keep the tooth clean enough you can last a while before you get pain but it will need filling eventually.

I really wouldn't risk leaving it though, you don't want to have to have root canal treatment.
