  1. Caffeine

  2. I have Migraines and tension headaches. I even have to give myself injections sometimes so I have tried EVERYTHING! This may sound stupid but it helps me and sometimes completely gets rid of my headache. Take a hot bath with Marjoram oil. Put the oil in the bath and a few drops on a wet washcloth to put over your eyes. Let the water run slowly on cold and put your feet under it. The combination of laying in hot water but having cold on your feet does something. I don't know what, but it works. And Marjoram oil??? I am never without it now. Vacations and everything. Even to go to work in case a headache hits. I can go in the bathroom and put a drop on a paper towel and it helps a little. Good Luck

  3. Jasmine what in the world are you talking about? Anyways, I am a headache person too. The first thing that helped me TONS was switching from glasses to contacts. Not sure if you have glasses or have had an eye exam recently, but that helped me alot.

Dehydration can cause a headache, even if you dont feel thirsty you might not be hydrated enough. Although caffeine can trigger a headache- lack of caffeine can as well. I know my body is used to a 4 pm coffee and if I dont have it, I will have a headache in the morning. (Addicted bites)

I was seeing a physical therapist for a neck pinch and he told me that when you have a headache, a sure way to help ease it is to yank on your hair-sounds crazy I know, but he tugged different sections of my hair, not hurting, but hard enough, he went randomly over my entire head in sections and it did help.

  4. Spinal exercises. Fitness.

  6. I don't know if you'll count this as a painkiller, but I swear by 4head, I can't take paracetamol or aspirin because of certain medications I'm on and I get a lot of tension headaches, 4head is my life saver without a doubt.

http://www.4headaches.co.uk/ check it out, you can normally get it in the medication aisle of most supermarkets.
