  1. Cellulite happens because the fats cells overgrow (or clump over) their attachment area in the body.  In other words, the ratio of surface area to volume for that part of the body is higher than it should be (ideally, you want more volume and less surface area).

The best way to get rid of cellulite would be to exercise your legs and buttocks.  This will firm up those areas and reduce fat.

Another suggestion would be to grow out your thigh bones longer.  If you have longer thigh bones, then the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and the skin will all stretch out to accomodate the longer bone.  This will naturally "iron out" the cellulite.  If you look at taller people, they rarely have cellulite because the ratio of surface area to volume is in balance, or in favor more of volume.  When the volume of the body part exceeds the surface area (dermal layers), you have skin that is flat with no cellulite.  You can see people with shorter legs often have more cellulite due to them having less volume compared to surface area.  It's the same principle with why people get wrinkles on their face - as time goes by, surface area increases while volume remains constant.

  2. Yes, you can actually reduce your dimples to minimum.

    You have to:

    - avoid fast food and sodas

    - massage your problem areas

    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

    - use a contrast shower

    - go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

  3. This ageless product would be worth you looking at......go check out the profile on it

  4. You have to tone up overall first- if you don't want to resort to surgery.

EXERCISE a lot, concentrate on leg exercises.

Take up running- and keep to it.

Then use those microdermabrasion sets and massage your legs in a circular motion towards the heart (to promote circulation).

Then uses firming creams or stretch mark type creams like Vitamin E oil or somthing.

  5. Cellulite always the biggest problem for majority of women or ladies... even skinny girls will have cellulite. This unsightly bumpy appearance of cellulite on the skin is most commonly seen on the arms, hips, thighs and buttocks of women.

  7. My friend says that if you rub coffee grinds on it, the caffeine makes it go away. i think it's just temporary though. she saw it on the Ellen show.

  8. no creams are worth your money. cosmo says 90% or girls/women have cellulite. The only thing i could suggest is exercises that work on the but/thighs  just to tighten it is suppose to help.

  9. Diet and Exercise. This would be a natural place for a first step. You should be eating a low fat diet and exercising anyway. It is healthy for you. A strict diet designed to reduce weight is not going to be overly effective. Remember the cellulite is not present because there is too much fatty tissue; it is there because it is in the wrong place. A balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, and a good exercise program designed to improve muscle tone can help reduce cellulite or eliminate it. Even if it doesn’t, it is a good idea anyway, and the improvement in your overall appearance might just compensate for a little dimpling anyway.

I also found a really great cream that you rub into your legs, upper thigh's & Bum, it's called Revitol & has been specially formulated to reduce the appearance of celltulite and effectivly make it un-seable to the eye after a short time of use! It doesn't feel tingly on your skin and has no residue or bad odour, it just soaks into the skin easily plus it makes your skin look tighter & smoother with no pain! Heres where you can buy some and read more about it:

Good Luck, I Hope This Helped You.

  10. Hi,

I used to have pretty bad cellulite which only got worse after I get pregnant. I had it mostly around my inner thighs and bottom and a bit on my tummy as well. I tried eating more healthy food and did a  lot of exercise as well which friends and family members recommended but my skin was still lumpy and floppy. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed to have got rid of her cellulite by using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked pretty well. It took a couple of weeks but my skin had improved a lot and I  managed to get rid of my cellulite completely. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below:
