  1. You can check into getting intrastromal corneal rings (also known as intracorneal rings), which are inserted inside the corneas. The big advantage to getting these is that they are not permanent and can be removed and replaced as the person's prescription changes. However, they only work on mild to moderate prescriptions and are not for those with more severe problems.

  2. glasses or contacts are the only two options.

  3. Only options are surgery and contacts.

  4. You would have to believe me, I think when i tell most people, they're like, "wow, that's great" but they don't really believe me.

This is a real secret, but it will change your life.

There is a book out called relearning to see, but they won't sell this at the bookstore, you have to get it online.

    Read the reviews on amazon:

I can tell you that I know my vision has improved, and if you put these things in practice, you can get rid of your glasses entirely:

But if you know about this, i would say, you should tell as many people as you can. Sometimes i feel this responsibility to tell a lot of people.

  5. Depending on how high you prescription is you could try orthokeratology.  You wear specially fitted contacts to bed, sleep, then remove them in the morning and you don't need glasses until the evening.

  6. I ware my lenses forever. Never glasses.

  7. There's only 2 options...

    Surgery or contacts.

    Good Luck : )
