  1. Flea bomb just parts of the house...where you think they are?

  2. h had the same question. We did not want to use harsh chemicals as we have other pets in the house. I found an article on line which described an environmentally safe method for flea control. I tried it. It is simple, it works and is safe. See this simple approach:

Hope it works as well for you as it did for us.

  3. Not really, If you only treat one area and they have laid eggs in a new area, When those eggs hatch you have a whole new problem. I reccomend calling a pest control company and ask what they use. Alot of the material they use can be bought online then you can do the service yourself. Make sure you follow the label though.

  4. one thing I found very helpful is borax (laundry additive).  it doesn't hurt pets or people.  spinkle on carpeting & rugs.  leave on for a few days then vacuum.  it a desicant, so it drys out the fleas & eggs, killing both.  repeat once a week.  once you have the problem under control, repeat about once a month.

  5. I am guessing you want to avoid a lot of chemicals so I don't know if this answer will help, but we tried A LOT of things.  We bombed two times, tried a more natural approach with Borax and yet still remained completely infested.  (We were also treating our animals as often as we could).  Finally I went to a pet store and searched for a spray flea killer.  I went with the one that had the largest number of active chemicals in it, (yes I know it wasn't the most scientific method but I was completely fed up with the fleas) and bought that.  I sprayed every inch of my house with the spray (we didn't have carpet at the time) and that was that.  No more fleas.  I wish you luck because I know how miserable it can be to be infested.  It tooks us a very long time to beat the fleas!!
