Is there any way to get through depression without taking pills?

I don't have a lot of money, so pills are just too expensive and make me feel like a zombie. I just need to get over this and get some motivation, and stop sleeping so much. I'm so angry all the time, and sad and tired. Any ideas on how to help?

  1. I would join a gym and exercise, you will feel better. Talk to your mother and tell your closests friends how you are feeling. Do not isolate yourself from people.  Keep a journal.

  2. Yes there is... through nutritional healing... it says so in this article...

  3. Homeopathy can be so helpful and inexpensive.  There is a great remedy called Ignatia Amara that could be helpful for you.  To find out more about homeopathy, checkout http://www.bluedominoes.com/homeopathy_o...

You can get the remedy at Whole Foods or a health food store.  Look for 200c.  You can also get it online at abchomeopathy.com

  4. Have any true friends? Ask them to help. If you don't then try the churches for Dr.$ help or go to one local Dr. tell your story, they get free samples, god willing maybe one will help you out. They say we pay for our sins which is BULLSH!T to me, if true I was Hitler....lol

  5. I strongly believe that medications help.  I take them myself.  Other things that do work, and might or might not help are psychotherapy and cognative behavioral therapy.

There is a book called the feel good handbook by david burns that is very helpful to people.http://www.amazon.com/Feeling-Good-Handb...
